GRAVETTE, Ark. —
The 40/29 Winner of the Week is Gravette senior Logan Miller, who recently joined an elite class of Arkansas wrestlers.

Miller battled through a knee injury at this year’s 4A state wrestling tournament to claim his fourth consecutive individual title.

He defeated his Shiloh Christian opponent 7-2 in the 120-pound weight division and became just the 13th wrestler in state history to complete a four-peat.

In doing so, he also helped lead the Lions to a second straight championship in the program’s fourth year of existence.

While it was a historic feat for the senior, Miller says he didn’t immediately see it that way.

“Honestly, it really wasn’t much different from my first three,” said Miller. “I was obviously excited, but I kind of immediately started thinking back on the match and what I could’ve done better.”

Gravette head coach AJ Herrlein added, “I think it was more than anything all of us could kind of just go and like take a deep breath. We helped him get there, didn’t get him all that way, and then fell short. So, I think we were all just happy that it happened. It was really cool to see him finish off his fourth.”
