A native of Northwest Arkansas, Coach Witcher played collegiate softball at Northeast Texas CC and Henderson State University. Since then, she’s dedicated her life to coaching, training, and developing young athletes. In 2011, she and her husband Ben founded Tip Top Sports and Fitness Training, and she’s been giving private pitching and hitting lessons ever since.

Coach Witcher brings a wealth of experience to our teams, having served as a head high school coach and assistant coach at the collegiate level, including time at Arkansas Baptist College, UAPB, and Ecclesia College. She even coached a Stars and Stripes team in 2015!
