I’m Will Pittman, bringing 26 years of coaching experience to my role, with 20 of those years as a Head Coach and 14 years specifically as the Head Girls Coach at Gravette. My passion for sports extends beyond the court; I enjoy camping, fishing, and all things outdoors.

I’m married to Melissa Pittman, a GDE PE Teacher and a member of the Lady Lion Coaching Staff. Together, we have three children: Parker (11th Grade), Palmer (9th Grade), and Liam (8th Grade).

Born in the Netherlands, I graduated from Hackett High School, earned my undergraduate degree from Central Arkansas, and completed my Master's at Harding. My coaching journey has included roles as head baseball coach, head softball coach, head cross country coach, head girls track coach, and assistant football coach at various schools, including SouthSide Bee Branch, County Line, Hampton, and Huntsville.

Under my leadership, the Lady Lions have qualified for the Regional Tournament 6 times in the last 14 years, reached the state quarterfinals twice, made it to the final four once, and won the District Tournament during the 2017-18 season. I’m excited to continue fostering a love of sports and competition in our young athletes.
