Matt Busch has built a distinguished career in coaching, beginning as a Student  Assistant with the University of Arkansas Razorbacks Men’s Basketball team under coaches Stan Heath and John Pelphrey. After earning valuable experience at the collegiate level, Matt transitioned to high school coaching, where he has dedicated the past 15 years to developing young athletes and fostering a winning culture.

Throughout his coaching career, Matt has served as the Head Coach at Warren High School (2 years), Watson Chapel High School (5 years), and Gravette High School (8 years). His leadership on the court has resulted in 258 Wins, including two regional tournament appearances and five state tournament appearances. 

Beyond basketball, Matt is passionate about his family and faith. He is married to his wife, Megan, and together they have three daughters: Braylee (10), Paisley (7), and Kinsley (3). In his free time, Matt enjoys spending quality moments with his family, serving at his church, and hunting/fishing.
